Rates and Availability Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and refresh rates, availability, and inventory within our reservation systems

• Track and manage inventory to guarantee precise availability listings

• Execute regular data checks, audits, and validations to uphold data accuracy

• Collaborate with operators to gather, confirm, and clarify rate and availability details

• Address discrepancies and ensure uniformity across all listings

• Assist promotional initiatives by overseeing special rates and offers

• Aid the customer service team with inquiries related to rates and availability

• Provide support for various administrative and data-related tasks as required

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision, particularly in data management

• Proficient with spreadsheets, booking systems, and online platforms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Capacity to work independently while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines

• Background in rates, inventory, back-office, or roles within the travel/hospitality industry is advantageous
