Ratemaking Support Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver basic to moderately complex analytical assistance to various sectors of the organization.

• Assist in team business operations and uphold Allstate tools and rates to guarantee precision.

• Develop, refresh, and manage components of Allstate rating plans, rating tools, and ratemaking instruments.

• Collaborate with clients to collect requirements or find information for processes of basic to moderate complexity.

• Address customer inquiries and autonomously execute ad-hoc data requests.

• Conduct testing and documentation, ensure quality through applications and review processes, and identify and relay data discrepancies.

• Coordinate requirements across various disciplines, provide formal documentation when necessary, and formulate recommended plans and timelines.

• Offer guidance for projects that involve state regulatory environments and specific regulations.

• Make daily decisions to uphold accuracy standards and resolve fundamental data issues.

• Investigate and suggest process enhancements that result in efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).

• Proficient analytical support skills.

• Strong data analysis capabilities.

• Competent data validation abilities.

• Effective documentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Capability to work from home in a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions.

• Suitable desk and seating arrangements for home working.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

• Must undergo a background investigation.
