Rapid Response Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the development and distribution of project survey tools.

• Aid in the creation, editing, formatting, and distribution of project resources (both digital and print) for ministry leaders.

• Organize planning, scheduling, and logistics for project gatherings, training sessions, and speaking events.

• Draft and/or coordinate project content for NAE publications, website, emails, and social media channels.

• Manage logistics for project webinars, podcasts, videos, or other communication products, including guest scheduling and production assistance.

• Work alongside the communications team to create and execute a public outreach and dissemination strategy for project outcomes.

• Provide administrative and coordination support for advocacy initiatives in partnership with the NAE Government Relations team.

• Assist in the collation and organization of deliverables into a project resource bank, including documentation for future scaling.

• Support preparations for the Notre Dame Summit on AI, Faith, and Human Flourishing, scheduled for September 21–23, 2026, including logistics and materials for workshops.

• Support grant reporting, timelines, and tracking of deliverables for project funders.

• Other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

• Agreement with and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith.

• Regular attendance at an evangelical church and familiarity with the evangelical community.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for project work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in coordinating webinars, podcasts, or digital communications is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve project objectives.

• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to be part of a team and flexibility to meet the needs of a small organization.

• Skills and experience to fulfill the listed responsibilities.
