This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide training and educational support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) components across the entire Systems Integration Partner family of systems.
• Oversee, plan, coordinate, and take ownership of current and prototype solutions within USSOCOM’s Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) portfolio for the 75th Ranger Regiment.
• Assist in the development of training curricula (e.g., Programs of Instruction) across various platforms, including computer-based simulations, knowledge portals, and hands-on individual and collective training.
• Work in partnership with SOF component customers to address the C-UAS challenges they face by identifying knowledge gaps, training needs, and creating effective solutions.
• Develop and revise training materials for Anduril and partner product capabilities.
• Oversee the complete hardware and software configurations for all assigned C-UAS equipment.
• Act as a liaison between SOF components and Anduril, representing the customer’s interests to all Anduril teams and documenting product updates while supporting training for end users.
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with a background serving in or directly supporting the 75th Ranger Regiment.
• A proactive ownership mentality with the capability to manage your own work in remote settings.
• Resourceful and action-oriented, taking responsibility early in your career at Anduril.
• An independent collaborator comfortable representing Anduril at a remote site alongside the customer, working effectively to enhance customer capabilities while identifying and addressing gaps.
• Background in training, preferably in planning training events, developing curricula, or delivering training sessions.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through various communication methods and tools.
• A passion for enhancing U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology.
• Eligibility to acquire and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Required experience in United States Army Special Operations, with significant experience in the 75th Ranger Regiment being highly preferred.
