Railway Signalling Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee comprehensive design and implementation studies in railway signaling.

• Ensure that implemented solutions meet technical, functional, and regulatory standards.

• Organize and facilitate technical and constructability assessments.

• Prepare and manage the work/construction phases, ensuring adherence to railway safety regulations.

• Coordinate efforts among contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Monitor the progress of work, manage costs, and analyze discrepancies.

• Plan and supervise validation and qualification testing.

• Organize the transition of installations to maintenance while capturing lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess at least a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in railway engineering, systems, automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• You have demonstrated experience in the detailed design and/or execution of railway projects, preferably in signaling or safety systems.

• You exhibit strong capabilities in technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

• You are recognized for your technical precision and commitment to safety culture; your ability to manage complex, multi-interface issues; your operational leadership and organizational prowess; your decisiveness and capacity to propose pragmatic solutions.
