Radar Maintainer Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a group of engineers engaged in a demanding project at a remote site.

• Maintain daily communication with the Site Manager regarding all facets of the team’s deployment in support of SRP.

• Organize the schedule for personnel assigned to Taiwan.

• Accountable for conducting annual performance reviews, facilitating interim discussions, initiating and notifying about annual merit increases, and processing any additional promotion documents.

• Collaborate within a team to address equipment discrepancies.

• Implement preventive maintenance as outlined in the technical manuals of the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before the start date.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with the installation and testing of large phased array radars is necessary.

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and procedures.

• Capability to maintain and operate assigned equipment in accordance with technical documentation.

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or at least 12 years of relevant experience is required.

• IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE) cybersecurity certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of operating systems, security features, and settings (e.g., Windows, UNIX, and Linux) is required.

• Experience in performing vulnerability management focused on cybersecurity is essential.
