Quote Analyst – Salesforce CPQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and manage precise and timely quotes using Salesforce CPQ.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to pricing policies, contract terms, and approval processes.

• Confirm deal structures, contract terms, and billing schedules for accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce CPQ and contract records throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to quoting or contracts.

• Actively participate in process improvements and documentation to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to reduce errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.

• Provide support to global teams by being available to work flexible hours across US and EMEA time zones, as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Quote Analyst, Sales Operations, or a related field.

• Proficient in Salesforce CPQ or similar quote-to-cash systems.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Contract Management or other contract lifecycle management tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail with the capability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities across various time zones.
