This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Planning costs, estimating, and developing budgets
• Creating tender documentation and evaluating proposals
• Providing procurement assistance and appointing subcontractors
• Preparing valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts
• Evaluating and agreeing on variations and final accounts
• Supporting contract administration and managing commercial risks
• Collaborating closely with ORS Project Managers and client teams
• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics (or equivalent)
• Proven relevant post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying
• Background in consultancy or contractor environments
• Strong understanding of commercial and contractual matters
• Proficient in Buildsoft/Cubit, Microsoft Excel, and Cost Reporting Documents
• Experience in measuring full Bills of Quantities in line with the current Agreed Rules of Measurement
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with projects in Ireland
