• Candidates should possess expertise in systematic strategies spanning equities, equity derivatives, and multi-asset approaches.

• A strong emphasis on research hygiene is essential, including signal research, feature engineering, robust backtesting across various horizons, realistic friction considerations, and clear validation processes.

• The ability to merge market intuition with statistical learning is crucial for developing and sustaining unique proprietary datasets and models.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills are required, with the capability to clearly articulate and defend research perspectives in published insights and discussions with institutional clients.

• The role involves generating actionable trade and investment ideas rooted in statistically validated signals and market intuition.

• Involvement in factor, risk premia, and alpha research is expected.

• Familiarity with event-driven and catalyst frameworks that provide empirical advantages and playbooks is necessary.

• Understanding of cross-asset linkages and regime analysis is important.

• A high-touch service approach for select institutional clients is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of extensive research, trading, or investment experience with institutional clients is essential.

• A proven quantitative track record and demonstrated proprietary work, including datasets, models, tooling, and strategy research, are required.

• The ability to produce unique insights for professional investors is necessary (structured, concise, and defensible writing).
