Quality Systems Project Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main support and project coordinator for the Quality Risk Management (QRM) processes and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and compliant execution of Quality Risk management activities.

• Assist the Quality system owner with compliance-related tasks; may take ownership, track, and/or facilitate the completion of CAPAs, inspection/audit commitments, and more.

• Analyze QMS trends and KPIs to pinpoint opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Conduct compliance and data quality checks as part of QRM quality system oversight to ensure that execution aligns with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Aid in the creation and revision of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.

• Support the process owner in managing various continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

• Operate as a Super User and provide support to end users of QRM technology as necessary.

• Offer administrative assistance to the Global Quality systems team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience in supporting Quality Risk Management across various Good Practices (GxPs).

• Project management certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with lean six sigma, risk assessment tools, and DMAIC concepts.
