This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in Quality Systems for the deployment of the MedTech Surgery SAP ERP Management System, known as Project Transcend 2.0.
β’ Monitor and report on the status and completion of action plans for Quality workstream project deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with the Deployment Lead and work alongside the Surgery Franchise to align and integrate optimized Ethicon Quality system processes.
β’ Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint, resolve, and create business solutions that meet Transcend global template requirements.
β’ Create training materials and define user requirements.
β’ Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.
β’ Document business processes that align with technical requirements.
β’ Support cross-functional meetings involving Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Master Data Management workstreams.
β’ Recognize continuous improvement opportunities within quality systems and processes.
β’ Identify and raise awareness of requirements gaps while communicating the associated business impact and risks.
β’ Assist in executing Quality deployment activities with the MedTech Surgery Transcend team.
β’ Ensure compliance for both personal and Company operations with all relevant Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Required: Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or an equivalent degree.
β’ A minimum of 4β6 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Engineering.
β’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
β’ Proven problem-solving abilities and skills in failure investigation.
β’ Demonstrated skills in project management with a results-oriented mindset.
β’ Proficient in effective communication with all levels of management and functions.
β’ Capable of fostering collaboration, partnership, and teamwork across local and global organizations.
β’ Exhibited leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomes through collaborative efforts.
β’ Proven effectiveness as both a team member and team leader.
β’ Experience managing audits/inspections with the FDA, other notified bodies, or any Health Authority.
β’ Preferred knowledge of SAP, including the ability to navigate and utilize SAP systems for business and quality processes.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% is required.
