Quality & Safety Data Analytics Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize database applications and execute data queries.

• Employ reporting software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Qliksense, and others.

• Utilize a combination of analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to uncover patterns within data sets.

• Participate in projects and manage data requests from inception to completion.

• Aid in the creation and preparation of scorecards, dashboards, and summary reports that illustrate high-level results and trends suitable for various internal and external audiences.

• Perform cross-validation, data cleansing, and quality assurance checks on extracted data.

• Educate stakeholders on how to interpret reports and data as needed, tailoring the approach to the audience's level of understanding.

• Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation and status reports on projects and deliverables.

• Collaborate with teams in enterprise data warehousing, data governance, quality improvement, clinical informatics, and business operations to address data quality issues and the structure of data repositories that affect analytics.

• Complete further application training to provide comprehensive support.

• Organize, compile, and arrange documents for data entry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience in data analytics is required; two or more years are preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools is required.

• Experience with or understanding of databases is necessary.

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.

• Capability to decompose problems into manageable components; seek assistance and propose solutions.

• Ability to support quality improvement efforts effectively.

• Competence in generating reports that fulfill the organization's needs in reviewing and analyzing significant data.
