Quality Review Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess data housed in client files and company production systems to ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards.

• Analyze quality reports to detect trends, issues, and underlying causes.

• Propose recommendations for process improvements.

• Engage in the execution of quality processes.

• Offer assistance for departmental processes and real estate transaction activities.

• Carry out daily tasks and responsibilities according to established procedures.

• Liaise with internal and external clients as well as team members.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Typically requires 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Capability to review data for precision and detect errors.

• Proficiency in identifying trends, issues, and root causes within quality reports.

• Ability to adhere to clearly defined procedures.

• Competence in resolving straightforward problems utilizing existing procedures.

• Fundamental communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients and team members.

• Capacity to work under direct supervision with minimal autonomy.
