Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the program Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with federal contract specifications.

• Assess and evaluate contractor performance against established quality criteria and performance benchmarks.

• Monitor and address Contract Discrepancy Reports (CDRs) while coordinating corrective action strategies.

• Integrate quality checkpoints throughout all technical workstreams, including application administration, cybersecurity, development, and database management.

• Ensure all deliverables undergo thorough reviews for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness prior to submission to the government.

• Maintain quality documentation, inspection logs, and records of corrective actions.

• Assist in government quality assurance surveillance and audit initiatives.

• Propel continuous improvement within program operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Security Clearance: at least T3 is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Quality Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field) is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a federal IT or DoD contracting setting is needed.

• Familiarity with federal contract performance standards and deliverable management is required.

• Experience in developing and overseeing Quality Control Plans for government contracts is necessary.

• Knowledge of DoD and DHRA quality oversight procedures is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is advantageous.

• Experience with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is preferred.

• Familiarity with DoD Performance Work Statement (PWS) structures and Performance Requirements Summaries (PRS) is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with government COR/CO oversight teams is beneficial.
