Quality Management Trainer, m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you will embody your area of expertise with enthusiasm and insight.

• Your main objective will be to enhance the competencies of course participants.

• Deliver courses such as Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, or External Quality Auditor from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Utilize a diverse range of teaching methodologies to design your lessons.

• Create and refine course-related educational materials in line with the curriculum.

• Carry out assessments to evaluate the growth in competencies.

• You must possess an excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level).

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training or degree in business administration, economics, or a related discipline.

• Professional background as a Quality Management Representative, Quality Manager, and/or External Quality Auditor.

• Evidence of the aforementioned certifications.

• Verification of pedagogical competence, such as an AEVO (trainer aptitude) certificate.

• Experience teaching in adult education programs funded by public resources.

• Strong methodological and didactic abilities in delivering educational content.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
