This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute Quality Improvement Activities and Initiatives for the Healthcare Management Division.

• Ensure adherence to relevant state, federal, and accreditation standards.

• Oversee licensure, regulatory standards, audits, and the development of policies.

• Facilitate quality improvement committees.

• Track and analyze performance metrics.

• Conduct audits and perform root cause analyses.

• Manage accreditation processes and customer satisfaction assessments.

• Act as a resource for regulatory and quality compliance throughout the organization.

• Collaborate across departments to educate staff and foster compliant, high-quality healthcare management operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Active unrestricted Registered Nurse license issued by a state or territory in the United States of America.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, criteria, instructions, and policy and procedure manuals.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to write routine correspondence and reports.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, physicians, providers, families in crisis, community agencies, co-workers, and senior management.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for handling time-sensitive assignments.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Commitment to confidentiality, flexibility, and a readiness to learn new tasks.

• Capacity to apply common sense to written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.

• Ability to address problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Skill in evaluating issues, developing alternative solutions, and recognizing trends and patterns.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

• Remote employees must reside within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and New York.
