This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Supports the implementation of performance enhancement and patient safety initiatives for the department.
• Responsible for conducting initial assessments and analyses of reported incidents.
• Performs data abstraction tasks.
• Facilitates thorough case reviews and documentation.
• Reviews charts for quality-of-care concerns and adherence to quality standards.
• Aids in identifying cases for review and educational purposes.
• Develops and prepares insightful reports that incorporate statistical analysis.
• Engages in multidisciplinary teams to foster performance improvement.
• Associate's degree or completion of a nursing program from an accredited institution.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in acute hospital care with a focus on performance improvement.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and both verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of effectively handling multiple projects at once.
• Ability to respond swiftly in a dynamic work environment.
