This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.
β’ Direct the strategy for data testing, including planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
β’ Manage the validation of SQL and databases, data integration, ETL processes, migration, and comprehensive data-flow testing.
β’ Provide guidance on test data management and implement test automation and data-validation tools.
β’ Lead efforts in risk identification, mitigation strategies, defect management, and root cause analysis.
β’ Promote quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery, and readiness for release.
β’ Foster client relationships and spearhead collaboration across various functions.
β’ Report on quality status and business implications to executive leadership.
β’ Mentor and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.
β’ Convert complex data-quality risks into understandable business impacts.
β’ Safeguard confidential customer information and adhere to HIPAA and company security protocols.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated capability in managing projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service and fulfilling client expectations.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and mentoring small teams throughout all stages of the SDLC.
β’ Proficient in coaching and developing QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.
β’ Leadership experience in significant healthcare transformation initiatives, data migration, Master Data Management (MDM), data warehousing, or integration projects.
β’ Knowledge of the healthcare data domain, including claims, membership, provider, and care management.
β’ Experience with data platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar systems.
β’ Familiarity with test automation, data-validation tools, API testing, and formats like JSON, XML, or file validation.
β’ Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.
β’ Strong comprehension of end-to-end healthcare business processes and regulatory quality standards.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
β’ Relevant experience and/or education may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree, as assessed by the company.
