πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in the creation, coordination, and execution of a formal quality improvement plan across a vast network of crisis centers aimed at achieving quality improvement objectives.

β€’ Support the monitoring of internal quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with all funder and agency quality improvement goals, guaranteeing that all deliverables are met.

β€’ Aid in the timely completion of all quality improvement/outcome reports for external funders and stakeholders, including SAMSHA, Vibrant QI Report, Board Reports, and Committee Reports.

β€’ Help monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, while also supporting the development of strategies for enhancement.

β€’ Coordinate and assist in leading regular program quality improvement meetings to assess program outcomes, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

β€’ Collaborate with various departments to create proactive quality improvement initiatives to ensure that member crisis centers comply with contracted Lifeline operational and clinical KPIs.

β€’ Conduct investigations and analyses of claims, complaints, and grievances against the organization or crisis centers, including adherence to recommended best practices and mandated policies and procedures.

β€’ Perform data collection, applying analytical and measurement skills to establish key performance indicators and assess progress.

β€’ Work collaboratively within a team of Quality Improvement Specialists.

β€’ Prepare written reports, compile data, and create charts and graphs that illustrate key performance indicators and other relevant data.

β€’ Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Sciences is preferred.

β€’ Previous experience in a crisis center or a keen interest in mental health and suicide prevention, along with familiarity with the nonprofit sector, is preferred.

β€’ Experience with compliance, quality improvement activities, and data analysis is preferred.

β€’ Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required.
