This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and uphold QA plans and process routings that accurately reflect both intended and actual activities.
• Assist in quoting activities by designing, developing, and implementing initial processes.
• Assess and support inspection processes utilizing inspection aids and instructional guidelines.
• Design and deliver specialized training sessions for relevant functions.
• Review and manage documentation files and systems for efficient document storage and access.
• Examine discrepancies from suppliers and customers and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze defect trends at the levels of customers, suppliers, and internally.
• Engage in vendor survey initiatives.
• Collaborate proactively with suppliers to enhance process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments concerning Policies and Procedures, including ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation.
• Oversee departmental activities and offer technical and logistical support to quality engineering personnel.
• Provide technical assistance on quality issues to clients.
• Lead corrective-action initiatives using SPC data and tracking tools for corrective actions.
• Organize and implement meetings, procedures, and team-building concepts that support corrective and preventive efforts.
• Act as a liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers regarding quality-related matters.
• Enhance technical support for the quality organization.
• Adhere to safety, health, and company security policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, along with two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with quality assurance plans and process routings.
• Understanding of inspection processes, inspection aids, and instructional guidelines.
• Capability to design and implement specialized training programs.
• Experience in maintaining documentation systems.
• Experience in reviewing discrepancies from suppliers and customers.
• Knowledge of corrective and preventive action processes.
• Proficiency in defect trend analysis.
• Familiarity with vendor surveys and process improvement for suppliers.
• Knowledge of ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation.
• Experience utilizing SPC data and tools for tracking corrective actions.
• Ability to comply with safety, health, and company security policies and procedures.
