Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Over 5 years of professional experience in this role or in software development.

• A comprehensive quality mindset enables you to enhance quality from requirements through the software development process to complete test automation, encompassing services API and UI.

• Capability to perform both manual and automated testing as needed while effectively balancing the level of automation suitable for each context.

• Experience with various industry-standard tools and frameworks such as SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, PyTest, Nightwatch, Katalon, Appium, Cucumber, etc.

• Proficiency in creating advanced coded tests and scripts utilizing Node.js, Java, Python, or .Net Core.

• Ability to work with data to validate test case execution or to set up the environment for testing.

• Knowledge to identify and recommend different types of testing necessary for each stage of the SDLC: Smoke, Exploratory, E2E, Regression, Performance, Stress, etc.

• Strong foundation in computer science.
