Quality Control Specialist, AI/ML – French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription assignments for precision and uniformity.

• Contrast the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project criteria.

• Confirm the proper use of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Ensure that the initial words and meanings remain intact.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related inaccuracies.

• Utilize the reference audio when necessary to clarify ambiguous situations.

• Consistently implement project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Provide precise feedback and report recurring issues as needed.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project timelines and productivity goals.

• Outstanding written communication skills in the target language.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong grasp of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language.

• Capability to identify inconsistencies and mistakes in formatted text.

• Proficiency in following comprehensive guidelines and applying them consistently.

• Basic computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection.

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity benchmarks.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the project commencement.
