Quality Control Specialist, AI/ML, Filipino Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and uniformity

• Contrast Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications

• Validate punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and text normalization

• Ensure the preservation of original words and their meanings

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies

• Utilize reference audio to confirm unclear cases

• Consistently adhere to project-specific quality standards

• Offer precise feedback and highlight recurring issues when necessary

• Complete assigned QC tasks within project deadlines and productivity goals

• Exceptional written communication skills in the target language

• Keen attention to detail and precision

• Solid understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language

• Capability to spot inconsistencies and mistakes in formatted text

• Ability to adhere to detailed guidelines and apply them consistently

• Basic computer proficiency and a stable internet connection

• Capacity to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity benchmarks

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project
