This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with USACE standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Document and communicate any deviations from quality standards while suggesting corrective measures.
• Implement and uphold safety procedures in accordance with USACE's EM 385-1-1, OSHA, DOT, and company protocols.
• Conduct frequent safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Organize and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain precise records of all quality control and safety inspections, audits, and incident reports.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety standards and quality control protocols.
• Over 5 years of experience in construction quality control and safety management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and USACE EM 385-1-1 safety and health regulations.
• Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
• Certification in 24-Hour Fall Protection from USACE.
• Certification in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient understanding and experience in reviewing and analyzing P6 Primavera Scheduling and USACE RMS software.
