This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of IETSS processes and workflows.
• Offer internal support to the organization, which includes but is not limited to web content management, standardizing processes/procedures, and formulating organizational policies/procedures.
• Play a role in implementing a comprehensive Quality and Process Improvement Program across the IETSS Organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create new processes and update existing ones.
• Support the IETSS Internal Quality Audit Program to systematically evaluate processes.
• Conduct Quality Reviews of documents and deliverables.
• Assist in quality and process improvement methodologies.
• Review and refresh current IETSS Programs and Processes.
• Gather and document user requirements, which includes collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and propose solutions to address current and future business needs.
• Carry out other TPQI analysis tasks as required and requested.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of documented relevant experience, or an associate degree with 2 years of documented experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs for projects and tasks of similar scope and complexity.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of how to achieve organizational change.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading across all levels.
• Capability to effectively utilize graphics to convey ideas.
• Competence to revise one’s own work or that of others to enhance clarity and persuasiveness in documents or presentations.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as work independently.
• Skill in coaching and mentoring other technical writers.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
• Quality-oriented and detail-focused.
