• Ensure that on-screen presentations meet the high standards set by Cinemark.
• Verify that equipment is functioning according to Cinemark's specifications for projection and audio systems.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance, perform repairs, and provide emergency service on digital cinema and audio equipment.
• Provide training to TTA and management on the operation and maintenance of projection and sound equipment.
• Make certain that all directives from the TOP Center are implemented within theaters.
• Address off-screen emergencies and service requests assigned by the TOP Center.
• Participate in or assist with special projects, screenings, and events as needed.
• Install projection and sound systems for the opening of new theaters and various projects.
• Maintain professional communication with theater staff and supervisors.
• Fulfill all administrative tasks by specified deadlines.
• Order parts as necessary to ensure theaters remain compliant with Cinemark standards.
• At least two years of experience in theater projection and sound is preferred.
• The role involves physical demands such as climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting over 50 pounds.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college education is a plus.
• Attention to detail, a quality-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Barco certification in digital cinema is considered an asset.
