• Offer support, training, and education to process servers who are not meeting performance benchmarks.
• Foster a positive and engaging experience for all process servers who are struggling.
• Directly communicate with process servers to provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Address all inquiries from process servers and eliminate obstacles they face.
• Ensure process servers are aware of their performance expectations and the timeline for improvement.
• Establish clear performance standards for underperforming servers.
• Review daily reports and proactively reach out to disengaged servers to uncover and address the reasons for their delays in job attempts.
• Hold servers accountable to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor and relay all obstacles to the leadership team.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting department when additional staffing is necessary.
• Proven experience in training and/or coaching.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Familiarity with legal processes is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
