• Offer support, training, and education to process servers who are not meeting performance metrics.
• Develop a positive and engaging experience for all underperforming process servers.
• Directly communicate with process servers, providing coaching and constructive feedback.
• Address all inquiries from process servers and help resolve any obstacles they encounter.
• Ensure that process servers are aware of expectations and the timeline for necessary adjustments.
• Establish clear standards for underperforming servers.
• Review assigned reports daily and reach out to disengaged servers to identify and address the reasons for their delayed job attempts.
• Hold servers accountable to positively influence performance.
• Monitor and relay all obstacles to the leadership team.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting department when additional coverage is required.
• Experience in training and/or coaching.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Knowledge of legal processes is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Capability to analyze processes and provide recommendations for enhancements.
