Quality Assurance Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive quality assurance evaluations for the calls allocated to you.

• Execute structured telephonic assessments and wellness check-ins utilizing The Grove (Grapefruit Health’s platform).

• Accurately document interaction results within the platform.

• Elevate patient safety issues to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

• Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in onboarding training and participate in ongoing evaluations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills, including technical proficiency.

• Ability to work independently (with minimal guidance) while also contributing to a cohesive team.

• Confidence and proficiency in patient interactions.

• Familiarity with real clinical software utilized in professional environments.

• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week.

• A quiet and private workspace, free from background noise or distractions.

• Strong verbal communication skills, or a sincere desire to enhance them.
