Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity and compliance of clinical trials.

• Design and execute quality assurance strategies and processes to facilitate clinical trial operations.

• Perform quality assessments and audits to verify adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with project teams to pinpoint and resolve quality concerns, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Offer guidance and support to staff on quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of quality management systems and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines that govern clinical trials (e.g., ICH-GCP, FDA regulations).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and effectively addressing quality issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 35%).
