Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Quality Assurance function across worldwide operations

• Design and implement quality frameworks, scorecards, and auditing methodologies

• Track and analyze quality metrics to uncover trends and improvement opportunities

• Perform audits and ensure compliance with FCRA and regulatory standards

• Lead root cause analysis and assist in corrective action planning

• Standardize quality processes and maintain clear, consistent documentation

• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership regarding quality performance

• Conduct calibration sessions to ensure uniformity in quality standards

• Assist in training initiatives to enhance frontline performance

• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to improve workflows

• Manage and optimize AI-enabled QA tools, such as automated scoring and anomaly detection

• Configure and refine prompt-based review logic and quality automation workflows

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA systems and automation capabilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or compliance within a regulated setting

• In-depth knowledge of FCRA, verification processes, and quality standards

• Experience in developing or enhancing QA programs and auditing processes

• Practical experience with AI-enabled QA tools, automation workflows, or conversational AI platforms

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Background in supporting audits, compliance, and risk management activities

• Capability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders

• Experience in leading or mentoring team members

• High attention to detail and strong professional judgment

• PBSA Certification is preferred

• A dedicated home office that is free from noise and distractions, with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Preferred connections include cable or fiber (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload), as satellite connections may not support the technologies required for daily tasks.
