Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing for growth experiments, new features, and enhancements across web applications.

• Develop and implement comprehensive manual test cases and regression testing plans.

• Detect, document, and monitor bugs with detailed reproduction steps and expected outcomes.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development process.

• Engage in feature reviews and offer early insights on usability, edge cases, and potential risks.

• Assist in refining QA processes, testing documentation, and enhancing release confidence.

• Play a key role in ensuring high product quality in a dynamic, experiment-oriented setting.

• Operate independently while effectively communicating risks, obstacles, and testing results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional QA experience in SaaS or startup settings.

• Extensive experience in manual testing of contemporary web applications.

• Proficiency in crafting clear, organized, and exhaustive test cases.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong sense of ownership, independence, and adaptability in uncertain environments.

• Experience in remote work and asynchronous collaboration with distributed teams.

• A proactive attitude with the capability to work autonomously without extensive supervision.

• Familiarity with Playwright (Nice to Have).

• Knowledge of Allure TestOps (Nice to Have).

• Exposure to automation testing frameworks and tools (Nice to Have).
