• Ensure an optimal user experience by adhering to the Think Customer approach in Contact Centre and IVR solutions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles within technological teams.
• Experience working with QA management systems and tools.
• Involvement in the review and execution of both manual and automated test plans and procedures.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside multidisciplinary teams.
