Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and implement testing requirements to ensure the quality of solutions prior to their production release.

• Design, review, and execute both manual and automated test plans aligned with industry quality standards and best practices.

• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring their proper resolution in collaboration with technical teams.

• Actively collaborate with developers, engineers, and tech leads within Agile squads.

• Ensure an optimal user experience by adhering to the Think Customer approach in Contact Centre and IVR solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles within technological teams.

• Experience working with QA management systems and tools.

• Involvement in the review and execution of both manual and automated test plans and procedures.

• Experience working in Agile environments alongside multidisciplinary teams.
