This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Formulate comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the testing scope, objectives, and strategies.
• Develop detailed and effective test cases that encompass various scenarios, edge cases, and user workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Execute automated test cases to detect defects and confirm software functionality. Perform regression testing to verify the stability of new features and updates.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency, while identifying opportunities for test automation and implementing automation frameworks.
• Log, prioritize, and monitor defects throughout their lifecycle, working closely with development teams to investigate, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to comprehend software requirements and user expectations, providing feedback on deliverable quality and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct performance testing to assess software performance under various conditions, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
• Generate and maintain clear and concise documentation for test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, databases, and ETL.
• Familiarity with Azure and Databricks is advantageous.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Jira, TestLink, Azure DevOps Test Plans, Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Knowledge of AI toolsets.
• Experience in automated testing using Python and pytest is a plus.
• Competence with Git, including the ability to create test frameworks within it.
• QA experience with Data Solutions, including an understanding of ETL concepts and data correctness testing, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic data solution tech stacks such as Azure, AWS, and Fabric is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
