Quality Assurance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Work closely with development teams to comprehend project requirements and functional specifications.

• Create, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Conduct manual testing of software applications to detect and document defects.

• Create and uphold automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

• Execute regression testing to confirm that previously identified defects have been resolved.

• Organize and carry out performance testing to assess the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of software applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance, encompassing both manual and automated testing.

• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
