• Verify AI-reformatted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by conducting a side-by-side comparison with source documents to ensure no details are omitted, altered, paraphrased, reordered, or truncated.
• Ensure that every step, warning, caution, note, reference, and supplemental section is accurately preserved in the final output.
• Assess procedure structure and usability in accordance with HPOG Best Practice in Procedure Formatting, focusing on layout, numbering, conditional logic formatting, and human factors considerations.
• Analyze readability and operational clarity from the viewpoint of a field operator or technician.

• Review AI-generated regulatory compliance alerts to verify they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the correct requirements or standards.
• Evaluate AI-generated compliance recommendations to ensure they are technically sound, operationally appropriate, and consistent with the regulation's intent.
• Cross-reference new or revised corporate standards and policies with the client’s internal policy library to identify any conflicts, gaps, or inconsistencies.
• Conduct regression testing following platform updates to ensure that formatting compliance and quality remain robust.
• Monitor error trends across documents, summarize systemic issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements to models and workflows.
• Experience in oil & gas technical documentation, including reviewing, authoring, or maintaining SOPs, procedures, standards, or regulatory documentation.
• Strong understanding of at least one relevant regulatory framework (such as AER, OGC, API Recommended Practices, OSHA PSM 29 CFR 1910.119, or equivalent).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent, systematic approach to high-volume document comparison and review.
• Proficient written communication skills, able to produce defect reports and review commentary actionable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with document management systems and/or issue tracking tools for logging defects, patterns, and regression findings.
• Certification or formal training in HSE, process safety, quality management, or management systems.
• Experience with pipeline integrity, wellsite, or facilities documentation, focusing on operations or compliance.
• Background in regulatory affairs, compliance auditing, or management system governance.
• Previous experience reviewing AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and assessment of safety/compliance risks.
• Exposure to environmental compliance documentation, such as approvals, emissions reporting, and environmental management requirements.
