Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator – ABA Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Daily Oversight: Extract reports from the Rethink platform to pinpoint unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the prior day.

• Staff Engagement: Reach out to RBTs via email, phone, or text to remind and assist them in completing their session notes. (Employ existing email templates for uniformity.)

• Problem Resolution: Recognize and address any technical issues or obstacles that hinder timely submission, escalating concerns to the supervisor when needed.

• Record Keeping: Keep precise records of follow-up communications and their outcomes.

• Relationship Building: Approach interactions with RBTs in a warm and supportive manner to promote compliance without creating discomfort.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in the US healthcare industry. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and the responsibilities of RBTs is highly beneficial.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using electronic health record systems; experience with the Rethink platform is an advantage.

• Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to impart reminders and instructions clearly and empathetically.

• Organizational Ability: Capable of managing a substantial volume of follow-ups daily, ensuring that no RBT is overlooked.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify issues that impede session note submission and work collaboratively with team members to develop solutions.

• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor to foster positive relationships with field staff.
