• Keep comprehensive records of bugs and issues, detailing steps for reproduction and severity levels.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to comprehend new features and modifications, providing feedback and reporting issues as they occur.

• Be integrated into the release and QA processes, contributing both a quality assurance viewpoint and technical insights.

• Utilize your knowledge and expertise in SaaS and mobile applications to spot potential issues and areas for improvement.

• Demonstrated experience as a QA Analyst or in a comparable role, with a proven history of successfully identifying and resolving bugs.

• Expertise in testing SaaS and mobile applications, along with a solid understanding of the technical elements of software development.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a sharp ability to detect inconsistencies and potential problems.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Capability to think critically and solve problems efficiently, often with limited supervision.
