Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement test cases and test scenarios

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability tests

• Identify, document, and manage defects

• Execute backend/database testing utilizing SQL queries

• Work closely with developers to resolve issues

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process enhancements

• Assist with automation testing initiatives when applicable

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software testing/QA

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC)

• Proficiency in manual testing and defect management tools

• Basic knowledge of automation testing

• Practical experience with SQL/database testing

• Preferred: experience with ERP or financial application testing

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman

• Understanding of Selenium or automation frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
