Quality Analyst – L&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate eLearning modules for precision, operational effectiveness, and instructional excellence.

• Ensure content is aligned with educational objectives and storyboards.

• Conduct functionality tests within LMS environments.

• Review multimedia components, assessments, and navigation pathways.

• Identify and document issues and areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to address challenges.

• Maintain and assist in the creation of QA standards, checklists, and quality frameworks.

• Provide quality assurance support for various simultaneous learning projects in a dynamic production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in content quality assurance testing.

• Experience in reviewing Storyline/Captivate courses.

• Knowledge of SCORM testing tools.
