• Lead or assist in the planning, analysis, and execution of Quality Assurance (QA) activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure that the team's work is guided by clear acceptance criteria, which are developed and agreed upon by members of the scrum teams.
• Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases derived from user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct or analyze regression, performance, and validation testing; monitor and report defects.
• Validate integrations with backend systems, such as eligibility engines and document uploads.
• Carry out accessibility testing and ensure adherence to relevant policies.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, designers, developers, and test automation engineers to uphold high standards of service delivery.
• Document detailed, actionable bug reports including reproduction steps, screenshots, and comparisons of expected versus actual results.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing of software products.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing.
• Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving, test planning, and risk assessment.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Proficient documentation and test planning skills.
