This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead qualitative and mixed-methods research initiatives from initiation to final presentation.
• Oversee project setup and participant recruitment, and create screeners and discussion guides.
• Facilitate interviews and focus groups, analyze results, generate reports, and present findings to clients.
• Manage daily client relationships while juggling multiple projects at once.
• Report to a project lead for larger accounts; handle the daily operations of small-to-mid-sized projects with minimal oversight.
• A minimum of 3 years of qualitative research experience, preferably obtained at a market research agency.
• Proven experience in independent moderation across various methodologies, including IDIs, focus groups, shopalongs, ethnographic interviews, and online qualitative sessions.
• Proficient in independently crafting qualitative materials, such as screeners and discussion guides.
• Strong skills in qualitative project management, with the capability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in managing recruitment vendors and coordinating fieldwork logistics.
• Competence in creating client-ready reports and presentations.
• Strong client communication abilities and storytelling skills, with a knack for translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for client research, up to one week per month, depending on client requirements.
