QC Analyst, Analytical Chemistry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess analytical data produced from LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, HPLC, and GC methodologies for precision, completeness, and adherence to standards.

• Execute and document Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations.

• Carry out root cause analysis and enforce corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary.

• Analyze quality control results, calibration data, system suitability, and method performance.

• Troubleshoot issues related to analytical instrumentation and data quality.

• Evaluate and approve laboratory worksheets, calculations, chromatograms, spectra, and final reports.

• Support method validation, verification, and transfer processes.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, GMP, GLP, and internal quality standards.

• Investigate deviations and assist in laboratory quality assurance efforts.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure compliance with data integrity requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree with over 4 years of experience in an analytical testing laboratory post-qualification or a Ph.D. with more than 2 years of post-qualification experience.

• In-depth understanding of chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques, including LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, HPLC/UHPLC, and GC.

• Familiarity with ISO 17025, GMP, GLP, and laboratory quality management systems.
