QA & Verifications Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Perform customer software verification utilizing the provided technical documentation.

• Successfully achieve software builds in various programming languages.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve build-related issues while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing of application features across numerous scenarios.

• Employ both manual and automated testing techniques to confirm functionality.

• Identify, document, and report any bugs or inconsistencies found.

• Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to comprehend build processes and dependencies.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and programming languages pertinent to software verification.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of verification processes and practices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, offering innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with fundamentals of Linux, Windows, and Mac environments.

• At least 3 years of development/DevOps experience is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP.

• Prior experience or understanding of database and server configuration, including MongoDB, SQL, and MySQL.

• Prior experience or understanding of Git.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of AWS technologies is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of API configuration is advantageous.

• Experience with build tools such as msbuild, webpack, and maven is beneficial.

• Proficient in multiple programming languages and software development tools.

• Ability to analyze technical documentation and identify essential requirements.

• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.

• Capacity to adapt to various programming environments and rapidly learn new technologies.

• Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
