This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Conduct functional testing for SaaS and mobile applications, encompassing new features, enhancements, and updates.

• Analyze, replicate, and document bugs, as well as confirm fixes before release.

• Discover edge cases, unexpected behaviors, and potential quality hazards through exploratory testing.

• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Execute API and integration testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.

• Oversee and update work items, defects, and documentation in Azure DevOps.

• Assist in release readiness, enhance QA practices, and contribute to the advancement of test automation initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing or QA positions in SaaS, web, or mobile applications.

• Strong foundation in functional, regression, bug reproduction, defect validation, and release testing.

• Capable of identifying edge cases, assessing user flows, and testing beyond conventional scenarios.

• Experience in Agile environments with close collaboration with developers and product teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC, QA best practices, and release management processes.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking tools; experience in API testing is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive, systematic approach to quality assurance.
