QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and implement systems to identify issues.

• Conduct and document risk assessments.

• Track test progress and outcomes.

• Develop automated testing scripts.

• Formulate test plans.

• Establish standards and procedures to assess product quality and readiness for release.

• Detect bugs within software applications.

• Foster innovation and enhance overall testing methodologies.

• Identify, isolate, and monitor bugs during testing phases.

• Recognize any potential challenges users may face.

• Investigate new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical and planning capabilities;

• Effective communication and presentation abilities;

• Outstanding problem-solving skills;

• Proven experience in software quality assurance;

• In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;

• Experience in performance and/or security testing is advantageous;

• Exceptional attention to detail;

• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with minimal supervision;

• Experience in automation;

• Familiarity with any of the following: Java Selenium, Browsertack, Robot Framework, Postman (Automation).
