QA Tester, AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage bugs throughout the testing and validation process.

• Assess defects and assist in analyzing functional discrepancies.

• Gather test evidence and verify deliverables.

• Aid in the execution and monitoring of test plans.

• Follow up on resolutions with technical teams and partners.

• Ensure traceability of QA validations and documentation.

• Offer guidance on best practices concerning partner deliverables.

• Collaborate with QA teams and specialists in agentic testing.

• Assist in the functional validation of solutions involving AI agents and LLMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in QA operations and test management.

• Proficiency with QA tools and defect tracking systems.

• Experience in bug management and the consolidation of test evidence.

• Understanding of functional testing and validation methodologies.

• Ability to follow up on resolutions with technical personnel.

• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Portuguese.

• Willingness to work remotely.

• Availability for occasional work during critical periods or go-live events.
