This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead and oversee QA engineers, focusing on mentoring, performance evaluation, and career advancement.
• Establish team objectives, KPIs, and ensure they align with product and business goals.
• Take ownership of complete QA delivery across various projects, guaranteeing quality, timelines, and readiness for release.
• Create, standardize, and consistently enhance QA procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Define and monitor quality metrics (coverage, defect leakage, automation rate, etc.) and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure comprehensive traceability between requirements, test cases, and their execution.
• Serve as the primary QA liaison for stakeholders, providing clear insights into progress, risks, and quality status.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams from the client side.
• Lead the design and development of automation frameworks (UI & API) and supervise the implementation of automated regression testing and CI/CD integration.
• Promote the use of AI-driven QA workflows to enhance team productivity and test coverage.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of autonomous/agentic QA systems and advance self-healing automation, including automated test updates via PRs and stabilization of flaky tests for generation, maintenance, and analysis.
• Over 5 years of experience in QA with a strong emphasis on automation and best practices in QA.
• Proven experience in managing QA teams and overseeing direct reports.
• Demonstrated ownership of QA delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Strong practical experience with Playwright (UI & API) and developing frameworks from the ground up (POM, SOLID principles).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI-first QA workflows and tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Understanding of prompt engineering as it pertains to QA automation applications.
• Experience or a willingness to engage in building or utilizing autonomous/agentic QA systems (including test generation, maintenance, and analysis).
• Experience with Playwright MCP / CLI-based automation workflows or other similar advanced configurations.
• Experience implementing self-healing automation (auto-fixes via PRs, handling flaky tests, and selector healing).
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to driving QA AI transformation.
