QA Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Lead the quality assurance team to ensure that all products adhere to high-quality standards.

• Oversee QA processes and create effective testing strategies.

• Guide and mentor team members to cultivate a culture of quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.

• Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management.

• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and influence stakeholders.

• Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.
