QA Supervisor – ABA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Supervise and uphold quality assurance standards throughout ABA services

• Provide training and coaching to therapists regarding QA processes, expectations, and optimal practices

• Instruct team members on the accurate uploading and management of session data within the company's CRM system

• Develop expertise in the company's CRM platform and serve as the primary resource for support and troubleshooting

• Evaluate session documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

• Offer constructive feedback to therapists to enhance performance and quality

• Monitor workflows and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements

• Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure adherence to consistent quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a QA, supervisory, or ABA-related position

• Strong comprehension of ABA processes and documentation standards

• Highly skilled and comfortable using CRM systems

• Exceptional communication and training abilities

• Confident in leading, coaching, and nurturing team members

• Strong attention to detail along with critical thinking skills

• Capability to quickly learn and master new systems and procedures

• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
